About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Technical Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of innovative enterprise software solutions. In this role, you will drive product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution of cloud-native platforms for Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Utilities, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Twins, and Enterprise SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Owner / Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through development, deployment, and release.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps while prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Architecture, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful product delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure smooth integration between enterprise applications, IoT devices, cloud platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, governance, and product quality.
- Partner with customers and business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements.
- Ensure products align with organizational goals, customer expectations, and industry best practices.
Required Domain Experience (Mandatory)

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Product Ownership, or Enterprise Software Delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise SaaS, cloud-native, or digital transformation products.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, SDLC, Release Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
