Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s in Computer Science, AI, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20138 years experience in AI\/ML with strong focus on Generative AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Architect scalable Agentic AI solutions that support enterprise-wide automation and intelligent decision-making. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineer robust LLM-powered applications capable of handling complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel to achieve autonomous task execution. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate repetitive business processes by integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party services. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate external data sources, enterprise knowledge bases, and real-time APIs to enhance agent intelligence and contextual understanding. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize LLM inference performance by implementing prompt optimization, caching strategies, token management, and response streaming techniques. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate AI system performance using industry-standard LLM evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, TruLens, Promptfoo, and custom evaluation metrics. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement guardrails, content moderation, and responsible AI practices to ensure secure, compliant, and trustworthy AI deployments. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop reusable AI components, prompt libraries, and agent templates to accelerate solution development across multiple projects. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor production AI systems for latency, hallucinations, model drift, reliability, and overall operational performance. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design scalable memory architectures using vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge graphs to improve long-term contextual reasoning. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into intelligent AI solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy production-ready AI applications using containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment pipelines. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems through advanced document chunking, metadata filtering, reranking, and hybrid search strategies. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototype innovative AI copilots, autonomous assistants, and conversational agents tailored for enterprise business functions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze AI workflows to identify opportunities for improving response quality, execution efficiency, scalability, and operational cost. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Govern AI models by implementing security controls, access policies, audit logging, and compliance with enterprise AI governance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transform traditional enterprise workflows into intelligent, autonomous agent-based solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benchmark different LLMs, embedding models, and agent frameworks to determine the most effective solution for specific business use cases. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to AI research initiatives by exploring emerging technologies, agent architectures, and best practices within the Generative AI ecosystem.<br><br><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Systems thinking for designing autonomous AI architectures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem decomposition for agent task design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to balance latency, cost, and accuracy in LLM systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication with business stakeholders to translate workflows into agent pipelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation mindset with focus on applying agentic AI in production<br>Tech Stack (Modern GenAI Stack)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Languages: Python<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LLMs: OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vector DB: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orchestration: Airflow, Prefect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cloud: Azure AI Studio \/ Azure ML (preferred)<br>KPIs \/ Success Metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomous task completion rate of agents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction in manual workflows via AI automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Latency and cost optimization of LLM pipelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy and reliability of agent outputs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adoption rate of AI copilots across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GenAI &amp;
